Corvo Irmana 2021 Doc Grillo Bio - Duca Di Salaparuta

Corvo, which has always been attentive to the naturalness of the fruit and respect for the land, after obtaining both Viva and Equalitas sustainability certifications, with Linea Irmàna in 2023 also becomes Organic. Made from Grillo grapes harvested when perfectly ripe, this wine, with its lively straw yellow color, expresses the best characteristics of the variety: fruity aromas and Mediterranean scrub that accompany a broad, fresh and persistent palate.

Tasting notes: From selected Grillo grapes comes this Irmàna, a white wine with an intense but delicate bouquet. Grillo, a white grape variety with a lively and nuanced personality, here keeps intact all its varietal characteristics, which are enhanced thanks to the soft pressing of the grapes. Irmàna Grillo Bio shows itself in the glass with a bright straw yellow, which on the nose translates into succulent notes of fruit and flowers such as orange blossom.

Pairings: Excellent with appetizers, fish dishes and delicate white meats. Try it with... fried chicken.
