At a time when Eastern and Japanese culinary traditions in particular are expanding more and more Astoria responds with a Brut cuvée to pair not only with sushi but also with seafood crudités, with typical Japanese colors.
The brut dosage of the sparkling wine in the bottle emphasizes what are its distinctive characters of pear, citrus and wisteria flowers. The dry and pleasantly acidic taste defines it as an ideal companion for sushi, sashimi and raw seafood.
Tasting Notes: Minute and persistent perlage. Straw yellow color clear. Bouquet elegant, clean, fruity by typical aroma. Taste characteristic, pleasantly dry in good harmony, acidulous.

Vinification | Chemical/organoleptic balance followed by soft pressing and the static decantation of must. Its primary fermentation takes place in steel tanks at 18-19 °C with selected indigenous yeasts. The new wine is kept on the "noble lees" for a month, then made limpid and racked into autoclaves for frothing. |
Aging | The refermentation takes place at 16-18 °C always with selected yeasts and lasts about 25-30 days; this is followed by a period of refinement on the yeasts for a few days. This is followed by bottling and resting in the bottle for a few weeks. |

The goods must be returned intact, undamaged, and in the exact same condition in which they were delivered by the courier.
