With the "Vulcaia", in which the imprint of the native soil is evident, Inama offers an entirely new version of the famous French variety. With inviting minerality, it is a very pleasant and charming white.
Tasting Notes: Golden. The nose is expressed with hints of citrus, dried fruit and floral notes. The palate is fresh and pleasantly persistent.
Pairings: Excellent paired with an asparagus omelet, it also goes well with fish.
