
Sparkling Metodo Martinotti Filanda Rosé Brut Millesimato 2023 - Bortolomiol
Giuliano Bortolomiol made the company's first rosé sparkling wine in the early 1970s: today his four daughters, Maria, Elena, Elvira and Giuliana, carry on the company's tradition, dedicating the Rosè "Filanda" to all the women who, day after day, working in the spinning mills of Valdobbiadene, contributed to the development of this area.
An exuberant and drinkable Martinotti Method Brut sparkling wine, where the vintage brings to the bottle the characteristics of the vintage spent in the vineyard. It verges on perfection.
Tasting Notes.: To the eye, it presents itself with a cherry pink hue, with light copper highlights; the perlage is subtle and intense. The nose is traversed by floral scents, contrasted with more fruity aromas where raspberry, pink grapefruit and wild strawberries are perceived with intensity. On the palate it is lively, with good structure, fresh; it closes with a lingering finish.
Pairings: excellent throughout a meal, where it elegantly accompanies first and second courses of fish; also try it with soups, for example onion and cheese soup, it is perfect with a shrimp and zucchini tempura.

Return and Refund

Send an email to info@vinolog24.com in which you state that you wish to return the purchased products, indicating your name and the relevant order number. The goods must be returned intact, undamaged, and in the exact same condition in which they were delivered by the courier. You can send the goods back in any way and you will be responsible for the cost of shipping. We recommend that you use the same packaging in which it was delivered to you to avoid breakage.
