Only a few areas in the world have the capacity to produce grapes suitable for making a sparkling wine base.
Indeed, it is necessary for the soil and climatic characteristics to achieve certain, but fundamental balances that allow the grapes to ripen while maintaining characteristics that are by no means taken for granted.
Tasting Notes: minute and continuous perlage. Straw yellow.. Enchants with elegant tones of peach, red currant, cedar, lily of the valley and white flowers, fine spices and a touch of rye. In the mouth it is gritty in flavor development, taut and laden with mineral savoriness.
Pairings: appetizers, fish, shellfish, cheeses.

Ageing | Before the summer with the draught begins the long journey in the bottle in which, in addition to the second fermentation, the yeasts will accompany the sparkling wine for at least 48 months toward the time of disgorgement and then rest in the cellar another 3 months before marketing. |

Return and Refund

The goods must be returned intact, undamaged, and in the exact same condition in which they were delivered by the courier. You can send the goods back in any way and you will be responsible for the cost of shipping. We recommend that you use the same packaging in which it was delivered to you to avoid breakage.
