Soave Classico 2021 Doc - Zonin

Freshly picked grapes are destemmed and undergo soft pressing, and the clear must is fermented for 10 days at a controlled temperature of 18° C. to enhance its primary aromas and organoleptic qualities. The wine remains in contact with its yeasts for at least 3 months.

Tasting notes: Brilliant straw yellow with light golden reflections. Of great elegance, it offers aromas of good intensity reminiscent of white flowers and golden apple. The flavor is extremely balanced and persistent. The finish is delicately fruity with a typical almond note.

Pairings: Ideal as an aperitif, it goes well with hors d'oeuvres, vegetable-based pastas and risottos, delicate fish and shellfish dishes.
