It is the most current interpretation of the Soave Bertani, a wine that has historically been present on the most prestigious tables around the world. Sereole is a Soave with an exuberant and unmistakable personality. It is made exclusively from Gargànega grapes, the most elegant native Veronese white grape grown in the Sereole Vineyard, a true and proper cru located on the hill between Soave and Monteforte d'Alpone.
The slightly late harvest, along with the fermentation of the must in large oak vats, adds freshness and flavor that go well with a slight aging in wood to give the wine softness and complexity.

Tasting notes: Straw yellow color with golden highlights. Floral bouquet with notes of elderberry and pear, evolves into sweeter aromas of yellow-fleshed fruits such as apricot, pineapple and melon. Soft on the palate, balanced with savory notes that enhance the structure.

Pairings: Fresh and smooth, the Soave "Sereole" by. Bertani pairs well with vegetarian first courses such as a pumpkin velouté. Excellent aperitif.

Vinification Destemming is followed by soft crushing with partial cold skin contact at a temperature of 7 °C followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature of about 16 °C in 75 hl French oak vats.
Refinement Maturation takes place on the yeasts of end fermentation always in large wooden vats, for about six months. Aging in the bottle for at least three months.

Return and Refund

Send an email to info@vinolog24.com in which you state that you wish to return the purchased products, indicating your name and the relevant order number. The goods must be returned intact, undamaged, and in the exact same condition in which they were delivered by the courier. You can send the goods back in any way and you will be responsible for the cost of shipping. We recommend that you use the same packaging in which it was delivered to you to avoid breakage.
