Tasting Notes: In the glass it manifests itself with a golden yellow color. Green apple, gooseberry, citrus and vegetal hints are the scents that can be perceived on the nose. In the mouth it is medium-bodied, supported by excellent acidity, well balanced.

Pairings: To drink throughout a meal, it perfectly accompanies fish dishes. It also goes well with preparations where spices play an important role; absolutely try it with grilled lobster.

Considerations: Fresh, with classic and harmonious aromas, this Sauvignon Blanc is the result of the great care taken by the Erste + Neue winery in treating its Sauvignon grapes, selected with rigor and precision. The berries ferment in temperature-controlled steel tanks, where they then remain to age on the fine lees until bottling. A Alto Adige DOC to be taken as an example to fully understand what sauvignon blanc is capable of creating in this particular territory.
