Riesling 2022 Doc Alto Adige - Erste + Neue

Tasting Notes: Straw yellow color, clear and bright to the eye. Broad and rich the olfactory bouquet, open on memories of tropical fruit, then characterized by typical vegetal notes and citrusy grapefruit hints. The mouth is fresh and snappy, supported by a nice acid shoulder, with good balance and length.

Pairings: Ideal with fish and asparagus dishes or white meat. Ideal for Asian cuisine.

Considerations: The mountain climate of the lands of Alto Adige, characterized by strong temperature ranges, combines with the mineral richness of the South Tyrolean lands themselves, and the whole is crowned by the name "Erste + Neue," synonymous with guarantees and certainties when it comes to wine. Aged partly in steel and partly in large wooden barrels, it admirably synthesizes all its nuances, expressing itself in a satisfying and extremely pleasant sip. Crossed by typical vegetal notes and rich in savory references, it is a Sauvignon Blanc to drink without reserve.
