Tasting Notes: Dresses the glass a beautiful deep straw yellow. The nose is extremely clean, opened by floral scents, then led by tropical fruit tones, such as pineapple and banana, and closed by chalky and mineral nuances. The mouth is fragrant, full-bodied and flowing at the same time, balanced and long in persistence.

Pairings: Excellent with seafood cuisine, it should be tried in combination with pasta dishes. Perfect with spaghetti cacio e pepe.

Considerations: Deep, territorial and typical, then also elegant, intense and satisfying, and finally pleasant, timely and precise: all the wines of the "Puntay" line, by Erste + Neue, are simply excellent, and this Chardonnay is no exception. Rich in aromas, aromatic and at the same time fresh to the sip, it is a white that reminds us how the lands of Alto Adige are second to none when it comes to wine. Left to mature for seven months in large barrels and tonneaux, it is eclectic in its pairings: you can marry it with spaghetti cacio e pepe to meet a mouth-watering pairing.
