Tasting Notes: Straw yellow color, clear and limpid at the glass. Fresh elderflower flowers open the nose, which then continues on memories of white-fleshed fruit such as apple and pear, closing with mineral and savory nuances. The palate is full-bodied, snappy and well worked in the acid shoulder, with excellent length.

Pairings: Versatile in food pairings, it is ideal to accompany baked lasagna with vegetables.

Considerations: It is with the "Puntay" line of labels that Erste + Neue exalts what is the essence of the lands of Alto Adige: strong temperature ranges, mineral-rich soils and microclimates such as are found nowhere else in the world. Starting from these certainties, wines such as this Pinot Bianco are born: fresh, fragrant and intense in fragrance, then equally vivid, crisp and flowing in taste, it embodies to perfection what are the typicalities of the grapes from which it is made and what are the peculiarities of the land from which it comes. It is a Pinot Blanc to drink sip after sip until the bottle is drained.
