Since 2008 we had been searching for a "Cru" particularly suited to the production of this noble variety of French origin. After years of research and several microvinification trials, we chose the "Ganger" Vineyard. A monopole vineyard, located right in Mazzon at an altitude of 360 to 380 meters above sea level, with a clear southwest exposure and slopes of 3%-5%, characterized by a unique microclimate and deep soils with clay on the surface and limestone substrate.
Tasting Notes: It presents a beautiful ruby red color to the glass. The nose is elegantly fruity, characterized by hints of wild berries and black cherries that stand out above all else. Velvety and of excellent balance the sip, well worked of the tannic texture and long in persistence.
Pairings: Excellent with first courses, it is perfect with porcini mushroom risotto.
