Freshly picked grapes are soft-pressed and the limpid must is placed to ferment for 10 days at a con- trolled temperature of 18° C. to enhance its aromas and organoleptic qualities. The wine remains in contact with its yeasts for at least 3 months.
Tasting Notes: Straw yellow with light golden reflections. Fine with ample fruity notes of rennet apple and floral notes of broom. Slightly dry and extremely fresh. Its fragrance and good balance make it particularly refined.
Pairings: An aperitif wine, it pairs excellently with light pasta dishes, white meats, fish and seafood, even raw.
