Tasting Notes: Visual examination shows a straw-yellow color with reflections tending to green. The aromas on the nose are delicate and fine, and develop on varietal notes mainly fruity and floral. In the mouth it is lively, fresh, and characterized by a slightly sour taste.
Pairings: Excellent throughout a meal, where it pairs excellently with fish dishes. Also perfect with shellfish and oysters, it should be tried with fried anchovies.
Considerations: The Alto Adige region comes alive through the storytelling of its most representative and iconic products. The grapes ferment in temperature-controlled steel tanks, where they then remain to age on fine lees until bottling. A typical South Tyrolean white, the result of the great relationship between grape variety and terroir.
