After crushing and destemming, the must undergoes a traditional one-week fermentation and maceration process. This allows the extraction of color and polyphenolic substances. After malo-lactic fermentation, part of the wine matures in Slavonian oak barrels.
Tasting Notes.: Intense ruby red with violet hues. Extremely pleasant for its freshness and vinosity that are accompanied by abundant notes of ripe fruit. Full, balanced and intense of small red fruits with a pleasant dry finish.
Pairings: Because of its finesse and balance it is a wine for the whole meal. It goes well with savory first courses, white and red meats, cured meats and medium-aged cheeses.
