Fina's Grillo Kebrilla is made from one of Sicily's oldest grape varieties, one of those that have settled best in this region and tell its story in every sensory nuance. Following manual harvesting in late August, the must ferments mostly in stainless steel tanks and for a part in barriques. The two batches remain in the same vessels to carry on the aging phase, and after blending the wine rests in the bottle for an additional 3 months.
Tasting Notes: It shows a deep straw yellow color. The bouquet lingers on elegant floral tones of jasmine and broom, complemented by pleasant vegetal notes. The palate proves sweet and ripe, with great finesse.
Pairings: Suitable with shellfish, crustaceans and fish, goes well with risotto and fresh cheeses. Excellent as an aperitif.
