Produced by the winery Erste + Neue, rests for four months on the fine lees partly in cement tanks and partly in steel tanks.
Tasting Notes.: by. color rruby bone clear and bright the color at sight. Fruity the olfactory bouquet, opened by hints of raspberry and cherry, then characterized by classic hints of bitter almond. The palate is soft and savory at the same time, smooth and easy-drinking, medium persistence.
Pairings: ideal for aperitifs, perfect for pairing with a nice board of cold cuts and mixed meats.
