Il Fresco Prosecco Doc Brut NV - Villa Sandi

Delicate in aroma, fresh and relaxed, extra dry represents not only the type of Prosecco most widespread but also the most traditional, the one capable more than others in combining its natural softness with a tauter, almost mineral vein. Tasting Notes.: Pale straw yellow, with a fairly fine and persistent perlage. The nose expresses pleasant notes of golden apple and williams pear, typical of the Prosecco, flanked by small mountain flowers. Enveloping, in the mouth it stands out for a certain softness perfectly balanced by an excellent sapidity before a closure on the fruit, of good persistence.

Pairings: Enveloping and rather soft, Villa Sandi's "Il Fresco" is Prosecco finding particular fulfillment at the table, paired with particularly spicy dishes. Curry rice.
