One of the most recent novelties within the range offered by Tasca d'Almerita is the "Tefra," Etna Rosè which originates within the Tascante estate. A pure Nerello Mascalese, it takes shape from terraced vineyards set on volcanic sediments and facing north.
Tasting Notes.: To the eye, it presents itself with a color Rosè transparent, not too intense. The aromas that envelop the nose recall fruity scents, enriched by a hint of minerality. It enters the mouth with a decidedly fresh, mineral sip that flows with ease.
Pairings: goes well with fish tartare and seafood risottos; it is also more than good with baked fish main courses.
