Freshly picked grapes are soft-pressed and the limpid must is placed to ferment for 10 days at a controlled temperature of 18° C. to enhance its aromas and organoleptic qualities. The wine remains in contact with its yeasts for at least 3 months.
Tasting notes: Straw yellow, bright and lively. Intense and extremely fresh, with notes of yellow flowers and exotic fruit. Gently dry with fine balance. Very fresh with a pleasant fruity finish.
Pairings: Very versatile, serves as an aperitif or accompanies light hors d'oeuvres to first and second courses of fish, white meats and vegetables.
