Cantina's Bardolino Classico Zonin is a traditional Veronese wine that well combines local tradition and youthfulness of the product. It is the result of blended vinification of Corvina Veronese 60%, Rondinella 20%, Molinara 15% and Negrara 5%. The vineyards' provenance falls within the DOC area of Veneto.
Tasting Notes.: presents itself of ruby red color of medium intensity. The aroma on the nose is intense, with delicate floral and fruity notes, concluded by a full red cherry finish. The palate shows medium body, with soft tannins and a pleasant, fresh finish.
Pairings: excellent with savory appetizers, pasta dishes and risottos, also goes very well with white meats and fresh cheeses. The optimal serving temperature is 16°C in tall, tapered goblet.
