Prunotto has always offered, alongside an important line dedicated to the great classics of the Langhe and Monferrato, a very relevant selection produced from some of the area's most representative crus. Bric Turot comes from grapes from the vineyard of the same name in the commune of Barbaresco, an elegant red of great finesse. Vinified in steel, it is a wine whose maturation continues in oak barrels of different sizes for 12 months, a period followed by an additional one-year bottle aging. A great Barbaresco, embodying some of the best characteristics of the appellation and sure to impress with longevity.

Tasting Notes.: Intense garnet red with dark ruby highlights. The nose expresses a complex bouquet with hints of licorice, small berries from the underbrush, cinnamon, cloves and violets. The palate is fine, with full, enveloping tannins and a long aftertaste of ripe fruit.

Pairings: Throughout the meal, because of its structured and full-bodied characteristics it goes well with meat dishes and aged cheeses.
