Prosecco Asolo Superiore Extra Brut NERO DOC is made from pure glera grapes. The grapes after harvest are pressed and placed in temperature-controlled tanks until the following spring.

Tasting Notes.: by. straw yellow in color faint; endowed with fine perlage and good persistence.

Pairings: excellent as an aperitif and with delicate fish dishes. Serve at a temperature of 8° in a tapered goblet.
