Bertani Amarone Classico is a still red characterized by an authentic identity that has carried the same and identical packaging since 1958, even though this wine was born in 1857. It is in the mid-21st century, with the expansion of the lands and the acquisition of the Novare estate in the Valpolicella Classica, that Bertani succeeds in materializing his more than fifty-year-long research, starting the production of Wine, which was created to last forever, but follows the ancient methods of cultivation and production. This is to understand well and enter into the conception that the Bertani Amarone Classico is a wine that recalls its tradition and has never changed the way it cultivates its vines and produces its aroma intense.

Its vines are still found today at the Novare estate in the province of Verona in Valpolicella Classica. Bertani concretized a research and study of thewinemaking activity more than half a century long, producing a wine that comes from 80% Corvina and 20% Rondinella vines, a product whose authenticity and deliciousness has lasted for a long time. In the Venetian lands begins the history of theAmarone, a wine symbolic of the territory from which it originates, capable of encapsulating the flavors and characteristics of the grape varieties of the Veneto in the barrels. A rigorous method of production and a love of winemaking innovation counterbalance the respect for tradition that has accompanied Bertani's productions for more than 150 years. A wine produced with commercial enterprise and professionalism, these are the hallmarks of the Veronese winery. Intense red, with garnet hues. The typical notes of plum, cherry and morello cherry stand out on the nose, which are followed by a wide variety of tones: of dried fruit, tea leaf, licorice and spices. On the palate, hints of red berry fruit, sweetened by soft vanilla notes, perfectly balanced with acidity and tannic notes.

More Amarone Classic Bertani is a timeless wine, an expression of a unique style that Bertani has always followed with dedication. A style classic that does not need to change, because it is always current. Amarone is made from Corvina and Rondinella grapes on the hills of Tenuta Novare, in the heart of Valpolicella Classica, in vineyards dedicated only to drying grapes. Produced by Bertani since 1958, Amarone Classico Bertani means perfect harmony between time, nature and man: we dedicate our know-how and passion to it, with a long wait and great care. The grapes are set aside on "aréle," bamboo cane trellises, according to the traditional production method.
