The Viognier Vola Vola di Fina is made from a French white grape variety, recently imported to Sicily where it has succeeded in achieving excellent results. The grapes of the variety Viognier are harvested at the end of August.

Vinification is carried out traditionally in white, concluding with a 6-month aging in glass before subsequent release.

Tasting Notes.: di straw yellow color, manifests on the nose characteristic aromas of exotic fruit and citrus. The palate reveals itself to be intense and mineral, with a pleasant hint of aromatic herbs accompanying towards a finish of great breadth and elegance.
