A territorial white, which after a light cold maceration and after resting on the lees in steel for four months, results in a sip of exceptional expressiveness, deep and elegant at the same time, broad and structured, fresh and refined in its minerality. It is a Vermentino di Gallura of 10 and praise.
Tasting Notes.: It presents itself to the eye as a beautiful straw yellow. The nose is persuasive and decisive at the same time, characterized by fruity notes in primis, then complemented by nuances of herbs, flowers and Mediterranean scrub. The taste is soft and fresh at the same time, in line with the nose, deep and long persistent.
Pairings: Perfect with seafood cuisine, it is excellent with baked calamari rings.

Return and Refund
