Tasting Notes.: It presents itself to the eye as a beautiful straw yellow. The nose is persuasive and decisive at the same time, characterized by fruity notes in primis, then complemented by nuances of herbs, flowers and Mediterranean scrub. The taste is soft and fresh at the same time, in line with the nose, deep and long persistent.
Pairings: Perfect with seafood cuisine, it is excellent with baked calamari rings.
