Grapes come from vineyards located in the Fracia locality in the Valgella Docg subzone (from the Latin vallicula, vallicella) in the commune of Teglio situated on terraces supported by dry stone walls on the steep slopes of the Rhaetian Alps along the right bank of the Adda River. Vivid garnet. Intense aroma with hints of wilted flowers (violet, scrub rose) and spices, and with hints of blackberry jam. Taste dry, warm and savory, with elegant background of plum and bitter almond that is justly persistent.
