It is from the family's best plots of land that Perlé is made, a careful selection of only chardonnay grapes, whose maturation on the lees lasts a full five years before a further rest in the bottle. The Trento DOC "Perlé" by Ferrari is a classic method that best synthesizes the art and elegance of the wines made by Ferrari, sparkling wines that like very few others manage to express an elegant phrasing of taste in a unique crescendo. A wonderful wine.
Tasting Notes: by. g colorintense yellow with golden reflections, with a very fine and persistent perlage. The nose expresses an intense bouquet of particular finesse, with hints of almond blossom and rennet apple, slightly spicy with a hint of bread crust. The palate is seductive and elegant, with a very long velvety sensation in which there is a light fruity note of ripe apple, pleasant hints of yeast and sweet almond and a nuanced aromatic background typical of chardonnay.
Pairings: splendid throughout the meal, Ferrari recommends pairing with a great culatello or a plate of vitello tonnato.

Return and Refund
On all purchases made by private customers on www.vinolog24.com is guaranteed the right of withdrawal (according to the provisions of Legislative Decree 206/2005 and 21/2014) within 30 days of receipt of the order by sending a notice and in the next 30 days must return the goods. Send an email to info@vinolog24.com in which you state that you wish to return the purchased products, indicating your name and the relevant order number. The goods must be returned intact, undamaged, and in the exact same condition in which they were delivered by the courier. You can send the goods back in any way and you will be responsible for the cost of shipping. We recommend that you use the same packaging in which it was delivered to you to avoid breakage.
