Few other grape varieties known as "international" have found such a place of choice as Sauvignon in Friuli-Venezia Giulia. Those that are then born in Collio are distinguished by decision, they are elegant and expressive Sauvignons, relaxed and always very pleasant. Bottles that with the passage of time are able to give beautiful emotions thanks to a depth that is never tired.
Tasting Notes.: Straw yellow, the nose expresses a beautiful aromatic profile that immediately brings back those notes typical of the grape variety. Herbaceous hints flanked by tones of white peach, apricot, green bell pepper and sage. In the mouth it is fresh, firm and balanced thanks to a freshness that accompanies it throughout the tasting. Nice finish, of excellent persistence.
Pairings: Fresh and satisfying, Puiatti's Sauvignon is a wine that pairs beautifully with a sashimi dish. Even better with an amberjack carpaccio.
