The sip is soft on the attack and velvety to follow, with tannins supporting a sincere, consistent finish that is not without freshness.

A versatile glass that is also appreciated served chilled.
Pairings
Vegetables, cured meats and crostoni, and some fatty fish, stewed eels.
Winemaker's notes
The musts ferment about 7 days in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 26°. Malolactic transformation follows.
History
Torgaio responds to the need to innovate the Tuscan canon in the direction of a wine for all occasions, fresh and ready immediately. A modernity that ultimately returns to the origin of Tuscan red wine, adept at everyday drinking.
