One of the secrets of Mandrarossa has to do with the continuous research aimed at the enhancement of the Menfi area. This is how the line dedicated to the most territorial wines was born, those that more than any other are able to tell the unique characteristics of this beautiful area of Sicily. In the case of the Timperosse thanks to the dry, dry climate and sandy soils rich in iron, the Lomonima contrada presents the ideal habitat for the cultivation of petit verdot. A deep and pleasantly soft steel-only vinified red, rich in continuous and irresistible fruity appeals. For any occasion.
Tasting notes.: Intense ruby red with violet hues. The nose expresses intense and elegant notes of red fruits such as cherry, fresh plum and black mulberry. Fresh, dry and savory on the palate, with blunted and pleasantly soft tannins. Of great persistence.
Pairings: Throughout a meal, it goes well with aged pecorino cheese, Mediterranean tuna and berry jams.
