Sicilia DOC "Timaeus" signed Baglio di Pianetto owes its name to the title of the famous Platonic dialogue, which more than any other has influenced science and philosophy, in which three questions are explored, essentially: the origin of the universe, its material structure and, finally, human nature. Made from grapes harvested by hand at two different times, the first in pre-ripeness to ensure greater acid concentration and the second in slight overripeness, it is an intense wine on the nose and full-bodied and persistent on the palate, capable of providing a very pleasant taste-olfactory experience.

Tasting Notes.: Straw yellow, with golden highlights. The nose is expressed with hints of tropical fruit, notes of Mediterranean scrub and hints of aromatic herbs. The palate reveals itself as fresh, savory and balanced.

Pairings: Excellent with grilled fish, fish soups and shellfish, it also goes well with roasted white meats.
