Radici, first produced in 1986, is the result of a long and careful research concerning exposure, chemical-physical composition and lie of the land. The greater backbone, dense structure and aromatic concentration represent the most evident characters of this prestigious interpreter of Irpinian viticulture.
Tasting notes: Intense ruby red. Offers a broad, complex, intense and particularly fine bouquet with characters reminiscent of tobacco, spices, cherry, berries, plum and balsamic notes. Enveloping and elegant in the mouth. Aroma of plum, bitter cherry, strawberry jam, black pepper and licorice.
Pairings: Cured meats and aged cheeses, pasta with meat sauces, mushrooms and truffles, barbecued red meats and game, and long-cooked meats.
