Considerations: Sicilia Syrah DOC "Madamarosè" 2019 comes from grapes grown on the hills of Monreale, on the Sallier de la Tour estate owned by Tasca d'Almerita. The particular position favors the natural acidity of the clusters thanks to the wind coming from the sea and the important temperature ranges. After a short maceration, fermentation in steel is started, followed by aging for 3 months in the same containers. The new rosé from syrah expressing the typical elegance of the estate.
Tasting Notes.: Soft pink color reminiscent of grapefruit juice. On the nose, red fruit aromas blend with spices and mineral notes. Taste fresh and savory, in the sign of pleasantness.
Pairings: Excellent with a tuna tartare or with white meats in sauce and medium-stuffed pizzas.
