The Sicilia Bianco DOC "ViaFrancia - Riserva" signed Baglio di Pianetto was born with the intention of affirming, even more, the French vocation of the winery; moreover, Via Francia is also the road that runs through the winery and therefore this wine wants to be, also, an opportunity to give further voice to the native territory. The imprint is purely French, both for the variety chosen and for the soil-vine interactions that Tenuta di Pianetto in Santa Cristina Gela manages to ensure, and the wine proves to be pleasantly fragrant, refreshing and of great harmony.

Tasting Notes: Straw yellow, with golden highlights. The nose reveals itself to be pleasantly broad, with dominant hints of citrus and ripe fruit. On the palate it is full-bodied, balanced and pleasantly persistent.

Pairings: Excellent with white meats, it also goes well with salmon gratin.
