Made from grapes grown on Soil No. 3 of the Suor Marchesa Estate, this Terre Siciliane Bianco IGT preserves intact the freshness and acidity characteristic of the grape variety from which it comes, namely sauvignon blanc.
The grapes, once harvested early in the morning during the harvest, are taken to the winery, where static decantation of the musts and alcoholic fermentation take place, partly in steel and partly in barriques.
Each bottle made is numbered, and therefore unique, under the banner of exclusivity found in the Mediterranean and spicy notes that accompany the entire drinking experience.
Tasting Notes: by. g colorstraw yellow to the eye, crossed by more greenish reflections. Complex and elegant nose, where typical varietal notes alternate with floral hints of jasmine and more spicy sensations, in which touches of pink pepper and vanilla emerge. It enters the mouth with a broad and fresh sip, consistent, at the taste level, with the notes already perceived on the nose. It closes with a persistent finish.
Pairings: perfect with oysters and shellfish, it also pairs well with baked fish dishes and white meats.
