It is in these historic vineyards, located in areas particularly suited for the cultivation of each grape variety, that these wines take shape after careful vinification and aging.
The Alto Adige Pinot Noir Reserve DOC St. Daniel by Praedium Colterenzio (Kellerei Schreckbichl), produced on the heights between Ora and Montagna, stands out for its refined elegance, so bewitching between notes of ripe red berries and a fine, delicate tannic texture.
Tasting Notes.: by. color rgarnet bone medium, the nose expresses a broad spectrum aroma ranging from cherry to red berries and spices. Medium-bodied, balanced and with great harmony, it has an elegant and persistent finish.
Pairings: a entire meal, it goes well with light appetizers, veal and poultry, as well as particularly rich fish dishes.
