The Trento Doc Rosé Brut by Cesarini Sforza is a Classic Method produced from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes from vineyards located on the Avisiane Hills north of Trento, in the Cembra Valley and Valsugana. The perlage is fine and persistent, and notes of red fruits, rosehips and spices recur on the nose. On the palate it admirably combines the savoriness of Chardonnay and the fruitiness of Pinot Noir resulting in an elegant and pleasant glass. A very interesting Metodo Classico for value for money.

Tasting Notes.: Pale pink, with a very fine perlage. The nose expresses beautiful aromas of small red fruits enhanced by a slight mineral note. On the palate it is balanced and harmonious, very pleasant, characterized by a decisive freshness and a finish of good persistence.

Pairings: Excellent as an aperitif, it accompanies hors d'oeuvres based on cured meats and cheeses. Also excellent with salads, pizzas and flatbreads.
