"Edition I" by DUBL, a Rosé version, comes mainly from grapes grown in the Aglianico growing area. Aged for 78 months on yeasts, it is a Brut Metodo Classico sparkling wine of great expressiveness, vivid and articulate.

Tasting Notes.: Coral; fine and persistent perlage. The nose is expressed with hints of wild strawberries and pomegranate, hints of rosehips and mineral hints. The palate is lively, vivacious and balanced.

Pairings: Also perfect throughout a meal, it is best tried with cured meats and pizza.

This is the area where the grapes ripen later, and there are several vineyards where we produce grapes that must ripen organoleptically without exceeding the sugar and acid content.
