Straight from Trentino's most vocated vines of the Avisian Hills and in the area of the appellation Trento Doc, comes to life this Chardonnay sparkling wine in purity, a precious and very elegant bubble. It is harvested in September and ferments in stainless steel, then matures on the lees for 24 to 36 months in dark, silent cellars until it takes on those characteristics that, in terms of aroma and palate, set it apart.
Tasting notes: si presents itself to the sight of bright gold color with a fine and persistent perlage and expresses on the nose an intense bouquet of citrus and white flowers, don sweet hints of cotton candy and croissants. The palate gives an exuberant, creamy sip with a complex structure and a pleasantly persistent finish.
Pairings: Its splendid organoleptic profile makes it the wine best suited to accompany shellfish and raw seafood. Absolutely try it with fresh cheeses, such as robiola.

Return and Refund
On all purchases made by private customers on www.vinolog24.com is guaranteed the right of withdrawal (according to the provisions of Legislative Decree 206/2005 and 21/2014) within 30 days of receipt of the order by sending a notice and in the next 30 days must return the goods. Send an email to info@vinolog24.com in which you state that you wish to return the purchased products, indicating your name and the relevant order number. The goods must be returned intact, undamaged, and in the exact same condition in which they were delivered by the courier. You can send the goods back in any way and you will be responsible for the cost of shipping. We recommend that you use the same packaging in which it was delivered to you to avoid breakage.
