Made with the best Chardonnay grapes from the most vocated high altitude vineyards of the Cembra Valley, the Riserva 1673 is highly appreciated ambassador of the quality Cesarini Sforza. The important temperature range between day and night and the correct insolation help to concentrate the typical and sought-after fruity aromas in the grapes.
Tasting notes: Noble perlage. Golden coat. Elegant cedar and candied fruit tones, then veers into notes of wildflower honey, peanut butter, sweet spices, yellow-fleshed and tropical fruit. Impressive palate for freshness and savory set, soon rebalanced by measured softness and finished by long toasty and mineral persistence.
Pairings: Appetizers, Fish, Crustaceans, Cheese.
