From the processing of very small batches of Pinot Noir from the Cembra Valley, selected from sites with a vocation for this variety, we obtain Cesarini Sforza 1673 Trento Metodo Classico Brut Rosé, suitable for the most exclusive and important occasions.

Tasting Notes: Very fine and persistent perlage. Delicate antique pink color. Nose On the nose the first sensations are of freshly picked blackberries and blueberries, with a hint of strawberry in the finish. Taste On the palate it is rich and silky with notes of rosehips, ripe cherries and marzipan. The Pinot Noir gives richness of flavor in harmony with the savory and fresh structure.
