Lo Chardonnay "Since 83" from the WineryColterenzio is a tribute to the timeless elegance and refinement of this white wine. After a soft pressing, the must ferments in large wooden barrels. This noble drop spends seven months in barrel before arriving in the bottle after an additional month of bottle aging.

Tasting Notes.: In the glass it shines a brilliant straw yellow, interspersed with greenish highlights. Its bouquet impresses with intense notes of yellow stone fruit, ripe citrus and exotic undertones, flowing into a combination of fine hazelnut and vanilla. A soft acidity develops on the palate, perfectly balancing the wine.

Pairings: As an ideal food companion, this Chardonnay is recommended with hearty appetizers, fish delicacies and fine white meats. A real treat for the palate!
