Tasting Notes: Intense ruby red. Hints of red fruits and licorice, immediately followed by elegant woody tones. Dry and full-bodied on the palate, with tannins well tamed thanks to long aging.
Pairings: Pairs well with meats, cheeses, aged cheeses, pork.
Considerations: Low yields in the vineyard ensure a high quality and concentrated harvest. The choice to age the wine partly in wood and partly in steel allows us to combine the fresh and fruity notes of a young wine with extremely elegant spice and licorice aromas, also indicators of good evolutionary potential over time.
