Straw yellow with greenish highlights. Citrus (orange blossom, orange) and fruity notes (yellow peach, pineapple) accompanied by delicate floral notes (jasmine) and a slight hint of hazelnut. Smooth entry, followed by a distinct savoriness and pleasant acidity.

| Harvest | The harvest was carried out when full aromatic ripeness was reached. The fiano grapes for Roycello were harvested between September 7 and 18. |
| Vinification | The grapes were gently destemmed and immediately soft-pressed. The must was brought to a temperature of 10 °C for about 24 h to achieve natural decantation. The must thus clarified is fermented, with selected yeasts, in thermoconditioned stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 16 °C. |
| Aging | This is followed by a short period of refinement in steel "sur lies" (about 5 months) and therefinement in bottle (about 3 months). |
