The Rosso di Valtellina DOC from the winery. Nino Negri is made from nebbiolo grapes grown in the same vineyards from which Sfursat is made, on terraces at altitudes between 350 and 650 meters above sea level with southern exposure.

Tasting Notes: by ruby red color deep, with intense fruity and spicy hints of small berries and cinnamon, followed by delicate notes of violets and roses. In the mouth it is fresh and dry, with a well-balanced body and rightly tannic, fruity flavor. It closes on long and persistent licorice notes, underlining a fine and very pleasant drink.

Pairings: pleasant and versatile in food-wine pairing, it is perfect throughout a meal and to accompany first and second courses of land and meat, as well as medium-aged cheeses and white meats.
