A Rosè that has the gift of synthesis, combining the structure of a young red wine with the elegant and balanced aromas of a white; this Toscana IGT belonging to the Perolla line created by San Felice, is made from sangiovese and cabernet sauvignon grapes, which once fermented in steel, remain on the lees for about a month to increase the complexity of the aromas offered to the nose.
Tasting Notes.: by cherry pink hues. The olfactory spectrum is organized around fresh and light scents, mainly fruity, where raspberry, strawberry and cherry play the leading roles. In the mouth it is well structured, elegant, well balanced.
Pairings: yes pairs beautifully with both light pasta dishes and soups. Also excellent with cured meats and fish recipes, it is at its best with a shrimp tartare.

Return and Refund
On all purchases made by private customers on www.vinolog24.com is guaranteed the right of withdrawal (according to the provisions of Legislative Decree 206/2005 and 21/2014) within 30 days of receipt of the order by sending a notice and in the next 30 days must return the goods. Send an email to info@vinolog24.com in which you state that you wish to return the purchased products, indicating your name and the relevant order number. The goods must be returned intact, undamaged, and in the exact same condition in which they were delivered by the courier. You can send the goods back in any way and you will be responsible for the cost of shipping. We recommend that you use the same packaging in which it was delivered to you to avoid breakage.
