Tasting Notes: Rosè. The nose reveals itself, right from the start, to be pleasantly fine and delicate; hints of wild strawberry and peach and notes of jasmine and bergamot stand out in particular. On the palate it presents a pleasant minerality and is fresh and balanced.

Pairings: Perfect as an aperitif, it is ideal with raw fish, vegetarian dishes and delicate meats.
