One of the best-known Italian rosés in the world can boast a history that goes back in time, when in the 1960s Ruffino, before many others, thought of a wine capable of combining the typical aromas of whites with the body of younger reds. Success was immediate, and since then Rosatello has been synonymous with lightheartedness and easy drinking. It is made using the now traditional technique of white vinification of red grapes, from which they take their color. Left to mature in steel, it is stored at a low temperature until bottling to preserve its natural fragrance.
Tasting Notes.: Light cherry pink, the nose gives beautiful notes of raspberry and peach. The palate is fragrant, fresh, delicate and harmonious on hints of herbs. Of good persistence.
Pairings: Also as an aperitif, goes well with canapés, flatbreads, pizzas.
