The Riesling Portraits represents the result of the "Quality Project" of the La Vis Winery. It results in a wine that expresses the full potential of our territory and its vocation for white wines. A white wine of remarkable personality, soft and concentrated, at the same time of sure longevity (5 - 6 years), it has notes that place it among the wines of international level.

Tasting notes: It has a beautiful vibrant yellow color with bright golden highlights. The aroma of ripe yellow-fleshed fruit, apricot and peach in particular, immediately stands out on the nose, giving depth and persistence to the nose. The delicate spicy and vanilla notes, are enhanced by ethereal and aromatic olfactions, which make the bouquet particularly fine and varied. The perception on the palate is immediately broad and enveloping, typical of a warm and soft wine, with a slightly acidic vein that gives liveliness, freshness and intensity to the taste, making it long and persistent in a final mix of aromatic olfactions of ripe grapes and fragrant tactile sensations.

Pairings: Fish, Shellfish, Cheese, Pasta.
